MMC Online Web Reports
Online reporting has become an integral part in today’s fulfilment services. Here at MMC we understand that our customers need to have a real-time view of their data from where ever they happen to be. This reporting suite is available online via our secure Customer Web Portal, enabling you to access your data 24/7.
The MMC Online Reporting Dashboard provides you with real time information direct from our WMS (Warehouse Management System). These reports display you all your data in one centralised view, regardless of whether the orders have originated from the internet, phone or post.
You'll see that the Dashboard has two key parts. At the top of the page are the reporting categories, these categories will vary depending on the type of WMS system you have with MMC. At the bottom of the page are the graphs and charts. These are designed to give a fast overall picture of your fulfilment performance.
Reporting Categories

The number and types of reports will vary from client to client but these are some typical examples. Due to the flexible nature of our systems we can easily design reports which are specific to your needs.
Movements
Order Report – Displays customer orders, including name and address data. From this screen you can view the date the order was received, the date the order was despatched and the consignment number (this field will only be populated if the order has been sent via courier).
Stock
Stock Valuation – This report provides an overview of the stock on hand figure, unit price and overall stock value.
Navigation and control
Selecting any of the above reports gives you direct access to a wealth of information held in our WMS system. In any of these reports you can order the data by selecting a column or refine the results by entering a filter parameter.
Filter for the stock reports
You will find that every line in a report is linked to the underlying data. For example, in the previous stock report you can drill down to a transaction level by selecting any of the stock references. This gives you the ability to quickly navigate you way through your data and find the information required.

Once you’ve found the data you require all the reports have a download button. This allows you to download your data in an Excel (xls) format.
